Which government agency can this company be reported to? If I could refinance, I would, but since I can't I need to take some kind of action against this company's horrible practices. Help Someone, I need some advice for taking action now! 1282993

I believe they charge Seterus about $2.50 per payment Seterus process through them and then turns around and charge the borrower $10.00 per payment. Well that's a $7.50 profit for Seterus. But ( yes there is a but) some borrowers don't have to pay a processing fee because of the state they live in and a lot of fees are waived for borrower and Seterus has to pay that $2.50 to Western Union REGARDLESS. So they may see a small profit....who knows. |

Written by Seterus Help on December 23, 2011 from portland, oregon, US Hi, I work for Seterus, if you were charged after being told the fee would be waved, call them and ask them if you can make a couple of payments and wave the fees a couple of times, we do not intentionally do this. We don't make any money from the fee we charge. |
