I have a Fannie Mae loan serviced by Seterus, lost my job Dec 1, Seterus gave me paperwork after paperwork, had me appy for the HAMP bragram, was denied, applied for HARP, denied. Tried to get Seterus to do in-house modification, they would not "unless all government programs and options have been applied for and denied. Still then, there is no guarantee for a modification, even though you have a Fannie Mae loan". My house is upside down by 100K, I want to keep the house, wife works, and on top of all this I have a 15 year mortgage which one counseler told me it would "be easy to switch it to 30 year or more and extend your payments" yet no one will do that. My interest is high, 5.75. if we got a 30 year and a couple points lower on the interest, we can make the payments with current income. 1282cc7

it seems to me that you had applied for and been denied by all of th existing government programs, Wat other government program is there?
