This company Seterus called my house starting Nov". 2, 2011 several times a day to see when we were going to pay our mortgage/. We paid our first payment to them by check in Oct?. according to there lame welcome packet we could not register online at the time". We have never been late on our mortgage, I explained to them we get paid on the 10 of Nov'. and will pay then,. They said ok you have a 15 day grace period;. Then why are you calling my house and harassing our family with calls throughout the day! A call by them was made on Friday around 8:30 pm! Went online to pay and it was annoying to pay the $5/. Please be bought by someone else Seterus! 1282d67

They are now trying to force you to use the pay by phone which is $10. We to fall on an off payment cycle. They used to be LBPS and were neck deep in complaints they quickly changed their name to Seterus. This "mortgage carrier" is more of a hinderance than help!  |
