I just tried to pay my mortgage online, the website is down? I guess. I am pretty sure this company is a scam. It makes me very nervous that my money goes through Western Union. And having to pay FIVE bucks to PAY my mortgage (on time) is SOOOO wrong. The horror stories on here make it worse. I am on-time with all my payments, etc (6+ years). I feel sick every month when I make my payment...sure I am being scammed somehow. I hate it. Is it possible to have your loan bought by another institution (local credit union?) just b/c they are soooo shady? I hate this company. I can't have it refinanced b/c I am little upside down but not enough to walk away - and I love my house. UGH. 1282db7

It is difficult to reach a human, but possible. Once I mentioned that I had e-mailed FNMA and my Congressman, satisfactory service was provided. Took my payment over the phone, free, showing paid on 10/02/11. Keep trying to reach them I did. |
