After going through an approved short sale with Seterus/IBM/LBPS, and having the company forclose on it at the last minuite. I have tried for months to talk to a non psychopath at the company to get my 1099. Every time I call I get someone playing games with me on the call. It's as if they use a mental hospital or prison for their call centers. Very bad company, EVIL is an understatement. Good luck if your stuck dealing with this company, and Know it's all sanctioned by Fannie and Freddie. Our government funded FAT CATS are behind this Evil enterprise.

I finally gave up on the hard Copy of my 1099 and called back, after being lied too twice. I reached a sain Representative and I was given the actual numbers over the phone and told the hard copy is in the mail, It's still in the mail, ( I expect it will never be mailed). but I filed my taxes based on what I was given by Seterus over the phone. The company is the bottom of the barrel, as every time you call you get someone who treats you badly, or plays head games. I still believe the call centers are contracted out of a High Security Prison, as they behave like thugs.
