This company is the worst. I fell behind on some payments and have been trying to work with them to get my loan modified". I sent in all paperwork & wired them $8,000/. They supposedly foreclosed on my home and when i contacted Fannie Mae (who own my mortgage) it was "rescinded"?. Now I'm still in *** trying to work out a modification". They prolong the process to rack up fees'. Now they are threatening forelosure again even though I've been paying them $1,774/mo for the past 7 mos/. Through this whole process I have not recieved one peice of paperwork from the company or a lawyers office/. Every time you call you get different answers and noone seems to communicate|. They are impossible!! 1283036

Then send an objective (not angry) letter documenting what they have or have not done. Did they answer your questions and provide information in a timely manner. Or did they refuse to provide information. Send this summary letter via fax. It's hard to be objective, but you have to be. |
