My loan was sold to LBPS now Seterus -because their "processing practices" they applied my payments as Principal not as payments TWICE! I have tried for months to get this fixed NOW they sent a foreclosure letter! This has been a nightmare for a YEAR!! When trying to work with them I cannot ever speak to the same person twice, a simple fix apply the payment CORRECTLY!!! Now I have been charged lates, and so many other things... they have messed me up completely! 30 years of great credit ruined. They should not be allowed to be in the mortgage business! 128306a

They take forever, literally hours to answer the freakn phone calls! But they call right away when u dnt make a payment...***! |

Written by Seterus needs to be reported t on February 11, 2012 from orlando, florida, US (aka: Federal Trade Commission) I too am with them, my loan went mysteriously from Chase to LBPS/IBM, later changed to Seterus. I am current, NEVER late....I am mystified as to WHY my loan went to these creeps, and this company is creepy. It sounds like they can *** over, even if you pay on time.....and like I said, I have been paying since the loan's inception in 2005!!! I did some research and went to Freddy and Fannie's sites, and sure enough I have a Fannie loan. I am going to try every thing I can to get my loan away from these guys and to a LEGIT mortgage company. I hear if you are NOT late with payments you can qualify for a re-fi if you are severely underwater, and I am. My place was flooded here in Georgia in 2009, along with hundreds of my neighbors. This along with the downturn in housing prices makes my house worth 1/6th of what I owe on it. Obviously I can NOT qualify for a standard re-fi so I am looking for ANYONE who can help me get away from this Seterus place. My interest rate is near 6% which was a great rate in 2005, but now it is a terrible rate!!! If anyone can help me, PLEASE post here, get ahold of me....I plan to start calling mortgage companies in my area her ein Georgia ASAP!!! I am desperate!!!!!!!!!! |
