LBPS has renamed itself Seterus, now it doesn't have to send me a monthly mortgage statement...Excuse me ???

One sheet in the mail we've changed our name..to our valued customer you can visit us online at Seterus.com...No I can't, they won't allow me.

The only way I can make a mortgage payment is to go through a lengthly phone call each month to make my payment. My bankruptcy was discharged in 2008 They say it's still active I have been making on time payments for over a year via the web through LBPS. Now what, DoI have to hire a lawyer to make my house payments. My home has never been in foreclosure. Why?? 12830a9

How about they took 3 payments out for one and bankrupted my account. Bounced my inpending bills, and wouldn't reinburse. Had to call 3 times until I got someone who knew what the *** they were talking about.

I thought the banks/lender where no longer suppose to charge fees. It is amazing that this company is making a lot of money and yet they charge you a fee to make a payment on line or on the telephone. Really how hard is it to process an electronic payment. They should be forced to refund all the processing fees for payments to the consumer.

Agreeing with "interesting" you either had a bankruptcy that was discharged or returned mail so they stopped sending you billing statements until the mailing address is verified correct. Since you have stated your have had a bankruptcy write a letter to

Seterus, Inc

PO Box 4121

Beaverton, OR 97076-4121

stating you give them permission to send you

billing statements or fax the request to

Fax: 866.578.5277.

Make your you sign and date it or it won't be a valid request.

if you house was discharged in the bankrupcty they have to be careful, because they are not legally allowed to hassle you for that debt. (You no longer owe that debt if it was discharged.) To stay in your house you may want to make a side-deal with the bank.
