Last week I got a form letter in the mail stating I did not qualify for loan modification?. No reason--I wish Mr". Obama would realize that the only one making money off his "save your home" program is the mortgage companies". They get to make a report that they "helped" yet another consumer and collect money from the feds for that help". I got a call today from Seterus wndering where my payment was--their advice--remortgage the loan--more help--more $$from the feds;. Seterus sucks/.

National Group is the 3rd party representing Seterus. After producing a HUD1 "TO THE PENNY" in proceeds to Seterus, someone at Seterus, National Group, or the investor backed out. I hope we can END short sales. They're a waste of time. I wish my seller had the funds to file a lawsuit against an organization about this. And YES! We had an approval IN WRITING and I'm keeping it for future use. I already sent this information with the "written approval" to my office staff (with confidential information redacted) to put our office on notice about these practices. |

Now I have returned Items fees from both them and my bank for their willfull neglect. I will try to refinace with another lender just to get away from the ripoffs known as Seterus :O( |

Your trying to hurt the banks but really hurting more responsible homeowners like myself by letting ours home decrease more in value by letting the home be foreclosed on then ON TOP OF THAT intentionally reducing the value of your most likely already underwater home. Then I get stuck with the bail out....People get more responsible... I know some of you can't help your situation but there are other alternatives then destroying the home because at the end of the day the tax papers are going to be paying for the repairs. Remember all Seterus has is Fannie Mae loans!! |

They are known as the company of broken promises. If they are going to take your home do as Im going to do, I have removed all the duct work for the heating and cooling system, removed all the plumbing, am now in the process of tearing down all the sheetrock, have purchased termites from a friend in the pest control industry which are eating away at my foundation as i write this note. Oh yes and make sure you rip off a good part of the shingles before you leave. I will be fileing for bankruptcy protection right after they forclose on the property. Hey seterus good luck on recouping your money and dont forget to cut the grass of you will be assesed a fine from the city of Hampton.Such a shame they have pushed people into these kind of actions. |
