I got an email asking for my input for their satisfaction with the consumer and you could not check off any of the "satisfied" "not satisfied" "very unsatisfied" --nothing could be checked off. Of course I am very dissatisfied. They made me change my password last week and it didn't take so I called and the agent said I could pay by phone and there would be no charge. Well, of course I was charged $10 for the phone payment and when I called they said the agent put the no fee in the remarks, but oops, they couldn't do any thing about the charge. Does anyone out there know where a complaint about this company can be made that will get results? Please post. 1283133

Sorry I can't help you, but I'm sick of having to change my password every month. This could be a ploy of being able to charge extra fees from being locked out (conspiracy theorist). I had to finally write my password down with all the frequent changes.
