Seterus has started to charge $5 for posting an online on-time payment". This is ridiculous! I have never been late and they continue to charge me $5 per month for making an on-time payment/. I am beside myself?. When I asked to waive the fee every month they said no". Then when I asked to talk to a supervisor, they keep me on hold for over 15 minutes".

I try to contact the customer service department every day but I am put on hold forever, 12 minutes, 35 minutes, 61 minutes.. It is ridiculous..

Maybe you can explain why they don't have electronic payments setup... I think we could all pay through our checking accounts in the past, and it would go directly to our servicer... instead of through snail mail. This saves the servicer money because they don't have to hire people to open mail.

You can send it through your bank dummy. What your pissed about is the bank mails a check and you can't wait till the last minute to pay. If you could afford your house, and deserved to live there then you would not have to wait till the last minute.

If they let me send it through my bank then I would, dummy. Duh. You think Seterus should charge $5 bucks to a person who is paying on time? Good. You stay with this company then. Good luck to ya!

I am sick of hearing about you people crying about a $5 fee. This crying about something that you can avoid is what is ridiculous! Plan ahead in your finances, and mail your friggen payment if $5 is so much of a hardship!

You are really starting to irritate me about this $5.00 fee. Send it through your bank, ITS FREE. Sign up for their ACH, ITS FREE. Send it through the mail, ITS FREE.  

 

At the end of the day YOU HAVE THE OPTION on how you are going to make your mortgage payments!
