WE ARE NOW AT JUNE 24TH AND SETERUS IS STILL HOLDING MY 14,000.00 INSURANCE CHECK WHICHWAS ISUUSED IN BOTH MY NAME ,MY WIFE AND SETRUS IN REGARDS TO ROOF DAMAGE. CHECK WAS SIGNED AND SENT TO SERTERUSTO HAVEFUNDSRELEASED ANDPAID TO CONTRACTOR UPON COMPLETION. CHECK MAILED TO THEM INEARLY MAY ALONG WITH ALL NESSASSARY PAPERWORK AND PHOTOS OF WORK IN PROGRESS WHICH INSURANCE ADJUSTER ALLAIN ADJUSTMENTS SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE. AFTER ALL THIS I CALL ON 6/10/2015 TO CHECK ON THE PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR AND GET ELBA AT SERETERUS WHO SAYS CONTRACTOR AFFIDAVIT NOT FILLED OUT RIGHT NEEDS TO BE RE-DONE AND HAVE A NOTEARY STAMP IT. I HAVE HER FAX ME A NEW FORM THAT SAME TIMEGRAB THE PAPER BRING IT TO THE CONTRACTOR FILL IT OUT RIGHT THE TO MY ACCOUNTANT A NOTARY FOR THE STAMP AND FAX IT RIGHT BACK TO ELBA. CALL HER BACK ANFD SHE SAYS ALL SET. IT WII TAKE 24V=N72B HOURS FOR PROCESSING NOW, SO I FIGURE EVERYTHING IS A GO " NOT" JUST MORE LIES TO COME I CALL BACK PN 6/16/2015 AND SPEAK TO SHOWANDA WHO NOWINFORMS ME THAT ONLY HALF OF THE CONTRACTORS AFFIDAVIT CAME THRU ON THE FAX AND NEEDS TO BE RE-SENT ( NOT WHAT ELBA TOLD ME BEFORE. NOW I HAVE MY WIFE FAX IT TWICE FIRST TOP TO BOTTOM THE REVERSED. CALL BACK SHAWANDA AND GET TOLD AGAIN 24 TO72 HOURS OF PROCESSING, I TELL HER THAT ELBA TOLD ME IT WAS ALEADY BEEN PROCESSED, NOW I GWT TOLD THAT SHE SHOWANDA IS SUBMITTING IT FOR PAYMENT AND I SHOULD HAVE CHECK WITHIN 5 DAYS," ANOTHER LIE!!!!! ON 6/23 /2015 AFTER OVER A WEEK AND NO CHECK I CALL AGAIN THIS TIME WE GET ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NAME ERIC, HIS STORY GOES LIKE THIS, SERTERUS RECEIVED A CONTRACTORS ESTIMATE ON THE AMOUNT OF THE WORK BEING BEING DONE ANOTHER LIE I AM IN MASS HE IS IN ARIZONA SO HE CAN SAY WHATEVER HE FEELS LIKE SAYING. YET" ELBA" AND "SHOWANDA" NEVER STATED THAT ONLY WORDS FROM THEM WAS EVERYTHING IS ALL SET. GO BACK TO CONTRACTOR AND GET ESTIMATE FROM HIM AND RE-FAX IT OVER TO SERTERUS LAST NIGHT 6/23/2015 CALLING THIS POS FIRM AGAIN THIS MORNING 6/24/2015, HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NOON CAUSE OF TIME DIFFERENCE TO FIND OUT IF WE ARE GOOD YET OR IS THERE SOME OTHER LAME EXCUSE THEY CAN THROW AT ME.

SERTERUS MY CONTRACTOR WANTS HIS MONEY, HE DID PURCHASE ALL THE MATERIALS AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE JOB, ROOFINGSUPPLY COMPANIES DO NOT GIVE IT TO YOU FOR FREE

BYE THE WAY THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN ON-GOING SINCE MID-MAY ONLY SINCE 6/10 AFTER BEING LIED TO SO OFTEN DID I START RECORDING NOTES OF CONVERSATIONS WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANYWHO EMPLOYS WELL TAUGHT INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES,
