My wife and I called to gain a better understanding of why funds were not being taking out of our account for a mortgage that was transferred to Seterus from SunTrust.We received confirmations when we received payments.
However, money was just sitting in our account. When we contacted them via customerservice and talked to 3 different representatives all were worthless. After requesting to talk to a manager about our issue, we quickly realized why the 3 representatives were so horrible. This has to be the most unprofessional company ever.
All were incompetent, rude, non-listening, unprofessional, and useless.
Manager was worst!Good Luck!
